Hey Fred, the next thing for your new Condo is your Cougar sitting in front of it in the slip---yeah???

By the way, the "warsh tub" should hopefully be in the water next year (2015). Oh...and I'ma gettin' dem toronadys ready fur strappin' own da rear too!

Update - finally had our first shopper come by and look at it Sunday. It's been miserable out plus with the holidays, nobody shopping for homes. Signed the offer acceptance papers today so it is off the market.

Yeah....congrats Fred! Also,I really like your new condo...man, that place is incredible. Hopefully the Cougar is next....get that dang thing in the water this year!
