Set of new merc 380 Kplanes with new pumps.**Running plates were used for 1 season, transom plates and pumps are brand new never been installed. Missing 2 of the rubber bushings that go in the plate mounting pin on one tab ( got lost along the way). Have mounting template and instruction book.
