I'm in need of a 3" upper. Would you separate and how much for just the upper?

I would rather not separate. Make an offer though, I will consider it. Thanks

That is a good price for the hours. I think this is a 15K drive new shipped. The SC upper is made differently when you buy it with -3 lower. The stock SC upper I think you can not run a -3 lower on it without modification. Yes it bolted right up to my B1 gimbal. The SCX needs a modified B1 or an SCX gimbal the bolt pattern is different.

I have one on my boat. Love it, got me 6+MPH with the same BBlades 30P prop but I am now at 5600 and need to get my 32P done by Bblades.

This is what he is selling, see the cavitation plate, this complete SC Xtreme Advantage (NOT SCX just SC) drive was purchased from IMCO with a -3 SC lower.

IMHO 8K is a good deal on this very low hour drive and it is in the USA as well.

Exactly! Thank you.
You cannot run a -3 lower on a standard upper. You can see the step in the cavitation plate that will allow you to run a -3 lower. Thanks for the picture. This is a IMCO upper made just for the -3 lower.

I figured that is what you had. Also if -3 is to much for your boat IMCO and a lot of people on the forums sell spacers and seal kits they bought from IMCO that can make it -2.5, -2, etc. You should post pics of your drive you are selling or PM me and I'll give you my phone number and you can TXT them to me and I will post them for you. This drive WOKE up my Cougar MTR 22 and it drives and handles better and faster WAY faster than the B1 sitting in my garage now. I went from almost +5 X Factor too 1.5-2 now and the difference is HUGE in how the boat runs. I paid 7500 for my 35 hour complete drive from Bor in the Netherlands. 8K for this one is a great deal.
