I have a very nice Bravo1 Upper,,1;50 Ratio,, Newly Rebuilt w/all new Bearings, Seals, Shimmed to Merc. Specs.,, ready to install.
It has the Oiler Hole.
$1800.

I also have a Mint Cond. used Bravo1X,,, 1;50 Ratio,,it has the Ribbed top cap,, ready to install.
$2500.
