    Bravo 1 X 1.50 W/Mr Gadgets Tower Upgrade

Bravo 1 X Upper, with brand new Mr Gadgets steel tower. If you are not familiar with Mr Gadgets tower upgrade, this replaces the standard XR tower with a tower that is 2x the length of a standard steel tower. This allows the drive to handle more power due to a stiffer tower/floor. This was an XR case but I put my X gears in this when I built two XR drives for my boat mid-summer. The X gears had 28 hours on them when I pulled them from my other drive. This includes the bearings, listed below are what were replace with new parts.

New races on the upper and lower tower.
New clutch shaft bearings in the upper and lower tower
New XR ribbed top cap- this is a big upgrade, they were not used until the swept back drives. Straight back XR's came with a standard bravo top cap.
    New XR universal retainer
    New Seals

This is a great drive and is a big upgrade over a standard Bravo 1 X.

Original paint and strikers (still says XR on the back)
    No corrosion- freshwater use only.

    $2500.00

Just curious why you are selling them and what are you going to?
Hey even if it ain't broke it's still fun to tinker with it.

I have a pair of IMCO SC uppers that I'm going to build. I'm trying to decide now if I'm going to build them with X or XR gears. I'm really leaning toward X gears. As I'm sure you know the SC upper is a reall stout case. I have the XR's that are on my boat now that I'm going to sell as well when I get them off my boat. I'm also thinking about going to -3's and sell my -2 sport masters. Ha- lots of decisions right now.

If you can find another -3 you can try mine to see if you like it.
Mine is 1.34 ratio but that shouldn't be too much of a problem with the right prop.

That's exactly how I'd like to setup my drive but my funds are too skinny. Bump
