32' Spectra project
Includes trailer and drives. This boat was originally 78 spectra. I hated the deck so I basically cut the windscreen out and installed it back about 3 ft without changing the cockpit. Would have to see google one to see what they originally looked like. It's a twin BBC boat minus engines, interior etc. I have a lot of time on the deck mods and are close to complete. Selling as is with drives, merctrans, helm and off shore engine mounts. All wiring is where it's suppose to be. Trailer is road worthy but seen better days.
I would have finished boat but ran out of steam. I found trans rot on starboard side and stringer and filled the chit out it with 10% thinned resin. It's actually very solid but did not feel right about it throwing the extra HP at it. Boat only has like 380 hours. I have drives, merctrans and fuel tanks installed with floor and for sale but just thought if someone wanted a project I'd leave everything there for them. Plan was to spray the sides and deck this winter but not gonna happen.
I really hate to see it go unfinished cause of all the work I have into it. The cabin couches are reupholstered as well as the V berth cushion. You can also google 78 or 79 32' spectra and go to images and scroll through. You'll see a couple finished with mods.
Engine compartment is basically all set and even painted grey polyurethane with everything in plaice. Personally with stock power I wouldn't think twice about running as is.
You can also do a search here on OSO under 32 spectra project.
No gauges but have dash panel with all the original wiring in place for gauges.

Thanks. Really wish someone would take it over. That's kinda why I'm offering it with the drives, trans etc. not a lot to finish it off. I have a ton of time into the project. Really wanted to see this through.
