They obviously have a glitch in there system... I re-newed my membership a few weeks ago and it took me a PM to Speedgirl in which she forwarded to IB and that's how mine was fixed.
I would suggest a email or PM to one of the Mods.

Make sure you follow the below guidelines which will make it a whole lot easier for them than just saying "what the heck!"
