Racing news 2008
Looks like we are finally getting some sanctioned boat races again.
The Unlimited Hydros will be racing on Percy Priest 5-2/4-08 (definitely), and 10-2/4-08 (possibly), sponsored/hosted by Nashville Shores.
Sounds like a raft up ................
Happy Holidays,
Steve

new Powerboat article (Feb 08)
On page 29 of the new February Powerboat mag;
"We are excited to have Nashville back on the schedule. The season opener is slated for May 2-4 on J. Percy Preist Lake at Nashville Shores, with the potential of adding a second race at the same location to close the year in early October."
With the OSS races and Poker Run still up in the air for Pickwick, this looks like the kickoff party for the season .
FYI,
Steve

Buddy,
I think Karen means Pickwick is holding F1 races instead of OSS races. It's probably a less expensive show to bring to town for the sponsors.
Since it's the same weekend as our Unlimited races on Priest,
I'm staying in town.
