sydwayz put it mildly, you are an accident waiting to happen... somebody pulls out in front of you and that truck doesn't have a chance of controlling those boats... i think you are confusing "HP" and "HD" in the your trucks case... your frame, axles, brakes and suspension aren't rated anywhere near what you are pulling... not to mention your GCWR is probably exceeded by 5 or 6k if not more... your "fixes" are band-aids... buy the correct truck and enjoy boating....

I have a 90 f-250 4x4 and I am the diesel sites all the time and I see it all the time that people are pulling 12-15,000 behind a f-2 or 350,that is also exeeding limits but you do what you have to do.I know there are more people here that tow way more than the truck should,look up the specs and see,In my opinion any boat bigger than 30 ft "should" be using a dually to be within spec,everyone have duallys??

you be surprised how many people on here who have big boats, have big tow rigs... it shouldn't even be an option if you are buying boats that weigh 12k+... it shouldn't be a matter of making due with what you have, it would be a shame to lose everything you own because you cheaped out on your tow rig...
