f-250 headlights

i have a 99 f-250 and want to upgrade to the new style headlights. does anyone know if there an exact fit or do changes have to be made ?

I think they bolt right in. There are a few threads on such at www.thedieselstop.com

I upgraded mine to individual bulb units with a fog light inside the housing from APC. I had to do a fair amount of cutting to header panel. It was easy though.
