get a bigger truck with lower miles and just teahc the wife to drive a manual!!! My girlfriend can drive it no prob!

Had 01 8.1 pass everything but a gas station. If you tow anything with alot of weight wont do any better that 9.5 o 10 mpg. I sold mine just for that reason. Just something to think about. I did however love the truck.
