Default Looking for an aluminum trailer for a 29 Outlaw

About to start calling around and getting prices. After reading a lot of old threads this is what the list looks like.

Nextrail
Fastload
Hi-Tech
Old Glory
Load Rite
Load Master
Owens and Son
Extreme (found on boattrader, not the west coast builder)

Anyone I should add or delete? Anyone on OSO a dealer or give an OSO discount?

I have a Fastload that is 19 years old. There are a ton of trailer builders in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Owens & Sons builds a nice trailer, but I had Quickload build the new one for my 302 for $2200 less, and one of the Owens sons is a buddy of mine's high school friend. He had it built four days after I told him what I wanted.

About 10K. 29 Outlaw is 6800 dry so I'm thinking a 10K tandem axle or a 10.5K tri axle should work.

Make sure you get 16" wheels. MY first trailer had 15" wheels and I was putting new tires on each year because several blowouts. Bought new Heritage with 16s and have not had any problems. Tow a couple k miles each year.

I have a 2001 rocket tripple axle with stainless steel disc brakes on 2 axles that I might be interested in selling. Have you found one yet?

Unless something falls through I'm not going to need one. If something changes I'll get in touch with you. Thanks.

I'd go bigger than 10k. You will be within a couple hundred pounds of that if you include fuel, cargo and weight of trailer. I'd want 12k myself.

Yes, it is aluminum. Also have upgraded wheels on it. I am looking for a heavy axled tandem (heritage or eagle???). My garage is 90 degrees from my driveway and I have alot of trouble getting the boat in without driving through the yard. The trailer is pretty long.
