Nice truck but OSO Steve had an 06 with less miles, a similar amount of options for less $$. I think 40K for a old body style is a little strong. It is a nice truck though.

I agree & somewhat disagree... This truck is better looking than the new ones (they ruined the new body style)
My truck has an extended warranty of 5/75K miles (standard is 4/50K), + all the extra goodies. I persoanlly haven't seen another truck with as much extras as mine.
To replace this truck with all the goodies will cost $60K+, so $40K doesn't sound so bad

Factory GM warranty is 3 years/36K and the new ones include an addtional warranty on the powertrain to 100K miles.
OSO Steve's truck had leather bucket seats, NAV with backup camera, a lift kit, nice wheels and exhaust with 27K miles and he was asking 36K for an 06. It is gone from the OSO classified so it must have sold.
I have a bone stock 03 GMC CC DD 2WD that has 96K on it with only fluid/tire changes. It still has the factory brake pads and I love the truck. I thought about getting the new one but 50K and the fact my truck needs nothing/ runs great I decided to wait a while.

Extended warranty 5/75K miles, Air Raid airbox, Hypertech Tuner, 4" Zoomers exhaust, $2K GPS/CD/ XM NAV traffic (navigates you through traffic or re-routes you based on current traffic), The GPS has capability for backup camera ($200 cost for camera), door sill protectors (from scratches getting in & out of vehicle), Line-X, Truck covers USA truck cover, 6" ProComp lift with 18" Moto Metal rims, Color matched door handles and locking tailgate (by door remote), AMP reserch power steps, Draw-Tite brake actuator, Ravelco antitheft device.
My truck doesn't have leather, but I wanted cloth for going to Havasu.......the temp gets up into the 115 - 120+ degrees and leather (or GM leather is really like "pleather) is way too hot!! Price for a NEW truck is $50K without all the "extras" and not an extended warranty. My truck has an additioanl $16K into it after sticker!!
I don't blame you for keeping your truck. It is nice to have a new vehicle, but the payments suck
