Suburban Diesel
Check this one out:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GMC-Y...em160149809988
Why doesn't GM get it? This is the ultimate towing vehicle! However, with a $80K sticker it sure ain't for me. Just fueled my idea of a 1 ton with a Humer 2 body.... Looking for two wrecks!

that is quite the rig.....100% stock looking too. Did the burbs have the quad steer option? If not it looks as if they might have narrowed the rear steer axle durring the swap.....doesnt look near as wide(horrible) as the factory quad steer p/u truck. Either way that would be a sweet truck to own. I miss the excursion

GM did offer the Subs with Quadrasteer ONLY with the 6.0L. They were only rated to tow 10K lbs. with this setup; as was the old Sierra Denali that started the Quadrasteer.
That is a badass setup.

it doesn't say anything about 'Burb availability.... just pickups under 8600 GVW...
however, if it's gonna be in a 1/2 ton 4wd 'Burb, i'm ALL over this... i'd order it TODAY if I could

I thought the same thing. He did add a link later in the ad to show where you could see those pics.
Nice concept but it would take you 150 years to get your money back in fuel savings and for 87K you could buy a stock low mileage suburban and a dually!
