If Toyota can build for less than Chevy, and I believe that to be true, then why are they more expensive? 1500 Chevy to Toyota tundra, last I looked the tundra's sticker was 10-15% higher.

The bed and frame rails under it look a little small but maybe they engineered it stronger using less metal, who knows...

As far as jap cars go- it's not tough to find U.S. made substitutes there. As far as built by Americans, the profit still goes to Japan.
