My ford lightning has 625 rear wheel HP, out runs Z-06s and pulls my challenger to the lake wonderful...........and your 381 HP does what??? I see they didn't mention the problems toyota was having with the cams breaking into pieces, that was a big problem on the first few hundred produced, those that had issues, got new crate engines. Toyota just got bumped way down in reliability when compared to other mfgs out there, I think they are like #3 now. Toyota needs to stick to making economy models with 4 doors and an ice cooler built in the glove box. The only thing I give them credit on building is the FJ.

My rental car this week is a Tundra...no chit....beside the PT Cruiser that I did not fit in the Tundra was all National had at the Birmingham, AL airport.
The seats a pretty comfortable and it seems to have lots of power but there is a lot of shake from the frame on bumps.

If you havn't owned a Toyota truck, I realy don't think your opinion means schit....to be honest. I have owned all four trucks (dodge, Ford Chevy Toyota, in that order) and my 05 Tundra has been the best of them all. Period. Experience talking here, not opinion. All four were half tons, and I had them all for aprox 100 000 km. 60 000 Miles. Not much of a test really, but all but the Toyota has given me problems.
Buy what you want, and it would be great to see posts with some merit around here.....
Not saying I wouldn't buy anyting else, just posting with experience here.
