Default 05 Ford F250 radio help?

Is there anyway possible to switch the next button on the steering wheel, to go through the preset buttons vs. just scrolling though? Way to many mexican stations in H-Town

There is a unit that you buy from Crutchfield that allows you to use your factory steering wheel controls with aftermarket stereos.

I dunno, but you may be able to use it for what you describe, but you would have to reprogram all of your buttons to do different or the same features. Call Crutchfield, they are very helpful.

I'm not sure just how much difference there is between the XM and Sirius antenna's I just changed the sound system in my 06 F350 and was running an XM unit hardwired into the factory 6 disc radio and when I changed the head unit to a Clarion cd/dvd/Sirius unit the shop that did the work left the XM antenna on the truck and the radio played fine, but me being the anal retentive person that I am, went back and had them put the Sirius antenna on. I like the Sirius unit better than the XM because XM got to the point where I was hearing as many commercials with them as I was with public radio and with Sirius, almost none(plus they have NASCAR) so I can listen to the race's on my way home from boating on Sunday afternoons.
