Got to love rockwells. Looks fun to bog with, but thats about all you can do with something like that besides maybe polish it for show. IMO a cj jeep or rail job with that running gear would be a little more fun to hit the trails with and abuse. But good work.

sure but we are in FL....We don't have many trails that aren't mud. Though this one will actually be street legal (technically). The owner likes to play in the mud, and go to a show every once in a while. I am trying to get him to put the 53 Mich..tire on for when out of the mud and buy some tractors for the mud. Once he wears out those expensive boggers he will take my advice maybe...

What exactly is "street legal" in FL??? Ive seen a few trucks running around down in FL that wouldnt make it out of the driveway before the cops would be all over it writing tickets!! Hell i used to have a 1979 K5 Blazer that was running 44's on it....but i got that with a body lift, 4" suspension and cut out flares.....and it BARELY made the height restrictions..atleast here in IL....

here in FL there is a headlight restriction and a bumper law..but these laws goes by weight class. Since this is a superduty it is over the weight class. I'd have to really look it up, we might have to have a drop bumper and something like a snowplow lights added when we are done. Though were we live the officers don't mess with you running to the store or something. Not like this thing will be running up and down the intertate, well not on it's own tires...of course DOT probably would take some time on it......

I wish i had pics...but a few years back i was in Tampa....we were running down to clearwater driving a 99 TA.....came across a crew-cab 3500 single wheel longbed chevy truck......the damn tires were taller then the car!!! if the wheelbase was a tad longer we could have drove under the truck!!!! And he had no lowered bumpers or lights of any kind!!! i cant see that being legal anywhere!!
