OK, have a friend with a 23 CC on a brand new trailer that needs to go to Chicago. Have located a hauler, but what should be an appropriate cost for this?

depends on if he is going to load/unload onto a transport trailer or if he is going to bumper pull it

After I asked the question, I ended up spending the entire day in the field with no net access. In the meantime, the tow was arranged.

2,600.00 to tow 1400 miles is dirt cheap, and frankly, 2.75 per mile to bumper haul it surprised me, seems low also? Krystal, had I seen your post you would have it in tow.
