I wonder what a fire truck w/ a load of water weighs?

they try and build as much of the truck out of alum. as possible..standard water capacity for most of the trucks is 500 gallons, though some carry 750~1000.

never on ice, but I regularly did a twisty mt grade..3500 feet in 13 miles 35 mph goin up, 70-75 goin down.

That may just be a ladder truck and not carry any water.

Definitely a LADDER TRUCK, no water tank or pump.
