Does hitting the transom on a tree move boat up on the trailer?
Would have paid money for a video of this today at the ramp. Guy had a 23 Proline center console that was about 10 inches from hitting the winch stand. So with all his buddies helping/watching he backed the whole tow rig into a ficus tree hoping the boat would slide forward on the trailer. Now this Proline had a single motor hanging on a bracket. The bracket was raping the tree bark but not moving the boat forward.....
My buddy was walking by and couldn't believe it. I was watching it from the ramp, thinking Why is that guy so close to that tree?
It didn't work and they just drove away with the trailer lifting on the hitch ball since the boat was too far back. Of course the van had a church logo all over the side so God must have been helping these future Darwin victims......
