From my research they were governed at that speed due to driveshaft vibration. The non LSC with the 307 rear would do 130.

What's up with the crappy quality comment?? I heard they had electrical gremlins on a few years but haven't heard anything else bad. Looks like these cars are a great buy right now but are there problems with them?

whats the maint like on those?

Been wanting one for work,,,, but like the 540,,,, Im scared of the stealerships maint dept,,,,,im sure I cant do anything under the hood on those !!!

I checked with the Benz dealer before I bought it. Not much worse than any other car. Still tryin to decide if I want to buy the extended warranty. The dealer I bought it from changed the oil...took 9 quarts. Computer says 10K oil change interval. Don't think I'll go that long. Sh*t is expensive for it though. The dealer is buying me a spare to the tune of $473(onna those compact pump up type. A key at dealer cost is $234.
