lets get on the same page. i did not stand him up, i said i would contact him early - i did not i was at work instead.
i did not have directions and nothing was planned did not even talk on phone and yes the pics i have of his boat it looks super nice.

I think your wrong. The boat you are going end up buying will have already experienced its depreciation. It's just a matter of keeping the boat in the same condition and in that sense its worth the same. The viper on the other hand... It is falling like a ton of bricks. Eventually you'll have to give it away 20K, and probably that price is not a even a year away.
