Pump or the associated circuitry in the brakerite unit is the culprit. Talked to the guy that designed it at Titan and he guided me through the checkout, now tomorrow am the scramble to get one fedexed to the house. Any thoughts on sources? Thanks to all of you who have replied so far.

Bought mine from TrailerParts.com. Got it in a couple days.
