Painting white lettered tires?

Is there a paint out there that you could use to paint a white outlined lettered tired to a solid lettered tire? Did that make any sence? I like the look of BF GoodrichTires because they have the solid white letters but I think I can get a better tire for less money, they just don't have solid white letters they are outline white letters.
