32 triple axle aavailable
So I've been searchig for a "cheap" used aluminum trailer hoping to score a Myco because I really can't afford a new one...
I've not been too successful in my search and have started looking into new trailers from Loadmaster, Nextrail and the like. It seems I may be able to find something from one of these guys in my price range.
I did a search and see some positive and some negative on both these brands(mostly from the hater Myco owners...LOL)
My question is does anyone ahve any recent feedback on Nextrail or Loadmaster and while I am leaning towards a triple axle(10,000lb) trailer, I'm told that is overkill for my boat and I shouldbe looking at a tandem trailer..
Any thought or opinons on this or any other brands I should consider?
My price range is 5K or less and I know I'm going to catch a load a crap for this, but the truth is that I don't trailer often. the boat is bottom painted and I really only will use the trailer 2x per year.

Sean,
I am a trailer dealer and that is all I do for the last 30 years.
I carry 4 brands of aluminum trailers - 5 Starr, Load Rite, Venture, Fast Load. I have the best prices anywhere. I tried to find a listing on your boat and since i don't know the year it is difficult. i did find the 35' Cafe which comes in at 9000# dry. Fuel, gear, battery etc has to be added so I would highly recomend a triple. I am at home now so i don't have my prices with me but i will try to get you into your price range.
Either give me a call at the shop tomorrow or reply back. i know that i can help you

1.I have some prices for you The first is a Venture trailer. It is a 10,625# cap. It comes with 4 wheel disc brakes and is an aluminum float on. It still uses a leaf spring suspension. I am checking with Venture to see if they will put the next longer frame to accomadate your boat length. Price on it will be app. $4700 Load Rite which is the best out there offers a 10,400 cap. it comes standard with 6 wheel disc brakes. torsion axles, target bunks and everything else that you could ever want. They are awesome but not cheap - They even have bunks that pivot sideways so as the boat changes in the angle the bunks will sit totally flush for maximum support. Price which is on sale right now is $6395. Normally it is about $800 more. It you have any questions give me a call anytime Thanks, Neil 631 848 2246 - cell 631 647 7792 - shop

Thanks all. After careful consideration, I decided on the new Nextrail with surge brakes on 2 axles. I will upgrade to electric over hydraulic if i decide to do any long distance towing, but for now it will work perfectly for the 2 trips to the ramp each year... and at $5400 delivered...I couldn't pass it up.
