towing capacity and differences between ford f250 and 350
Just wanted to know what the difference in towing capacity is between the ford f250 and 350 diesels and basically whats a better buy used? Right now I have a 272 baja but in the future I planned on getting a bigger boat so I was exploring my options as far as towing. Any help would be greatly apprecieated

A 350 with dual rear wheels would be more stable than the single rear wheel trucks

F350 will generally handle more cargo/tong weight. We run into this a lot when selling 5th wheel campers to guys with F250 trucks. But there are so many variations of these trucks you have to look at them individually.

There is no difference in the two same trucks. Towing is the same. Cargo weight is different. The F-350 will haul more. The difference between the two trucks are, F-250- dana 40 front end, F-350 -dana 60 front end, F-350 more leaf springs on rear and sits 2" higher. The f-250 will ride better if you use it for a daily driver.
