Warranty is iffy, a good dealer isn't going to care provided you don't have a complete engine failure lol which would be extremely rare anyway and more likely a cause of something else that was wrong. We've never had a problem with tuned trucks at dealers inc dpf delete and cancelled out regen. You can always slap the dpf back in before going in. For one thing, they'd still have to prove it's the "cause" of whatever issue, and let's say you have suspension problem or interior electronic glitches etc they can't deny that coverage b/c of the tune.

Mpg goes way up, along with way more power and torque. We would see 20-21 on the highway vs like no better than 16 or 17 before. Friend did dpf delete and tune as well and saw the same mpg gains on his 350 6.4. Get's rid of that laggy feeling some trucks had as well.

DPF and regen was about the dumbest thing ever conceived. An good tune on the 6.4 is a night and day difference.

I meant warranty,

Sounds like a good upgrade, how much did it cost? When you say 20 21, what rear axel?

That nice numbers, is this very hard to do? Looking at the engine room, doesn't look fun to work on any of it.

Thanks for the info.

Thanks guys, I have hear that the tuners will make it go way up but don't want to mess with the warranty just yet. I'll make sure I like the truck and probably do it at a later date.

Man that isn't bad mileage pulling that big of a load.

Question, how much do you think that 47 and trailer weigh with fuel?

Here's my rig and I have weighed the boat and trailer on a scale, it's 14'300 lbs.

I get 7.0 towing my boat on the highway with my 450, and only 11 empty on the highway.

Default Fixx

take it back to the dealer and have it re-programed..this is the reason why that motor was only in production for a few years just be glad yours is still in one piece and still running..

Btw their are several programs available at the dealer, its just trying to find the rite dealer to do it or say they can do it.

I don't know. I would think around 19-20K boat and trailer.
