Default South Florida Trailers Help

Does anyone know how to contact South Florida Trailers? Are they still in business? Im looking for this part. It attaches the fender to the frame.
Thanks

out of business last I heard.

I think High Tech trailers might use the same style. I have an Ace trailer (out of tampa area in FL) and mine are similar to the S. Fla style... like they will more than likely fit, but they are smooth on top instead of the rough stuff my S. Fla had.

They are out of business/bought by another company. I am blanking right now on who it was though (I had to get the trailer weight to register mine and it wasn't real easy).

Looks like a pretty straight forward piece of rectangular aluminum extrusion with a plastic cap on it. Should be pretty easy to duplicate.

Agreed! any trailer repair place should be able to make that, just make sure you get a written price quote up front.

what was unusual about the S. Fla style is they are ribbed on top. The others I have seen and owned are exactly how you describe.

Possibly for slip resistance. I find that I use that to step on often.

Just a question of finding the right extrusion - or applying the stick on non-skid pads that you can get at Home Depot.

I have a South Fl. trailer. The boat and trailer are at the marina right now. I called a few years ago and spoke to a guy, he said they were very much still in business. He gave me a web sight to look at. It had nothing in it refering to South fl. but did have trailer parts.
