Ok I know this isn't that heavy of a boat, but you think it may be over the bumper rating?

At least he has the pad lock on the ball so when the bumper rips off it will stay with the tongue

back in my tounger stupid days we towed a 25' bayliner with a fly bridge to the lake which was about 50 miles away from where we lives,,1988 ford ranger 3.0 5 speed and used ther bumper hitch..by the time we got to the lake the bumper had bent and was almost touching the ground..now that i look back and think how stupid that was..
