Default Empty trailer tire pressure

Going to be pulling my empty dual axle trailer to Florida this week. Load range E tires that call for 90psi loaded. Can I run a lower tire pressure when empty to eliminate some of the bounce? Trailer empty has a weight of less than 3000lbs.

You might want to take two wheels off as well.
