I have a F 350 Dually towing my 02 38 ft Cigarette n matching Alum Myco, we tow from NJ to Fla every year, I never had a issue with my Goodyear wrangler, so this year bought all new wheels from Myco and 7 new Goodyear Wranglers, I figured I was way ahead of the game, so I sold my old tires n wheels, and than bought the new style wheels, they look Great !!!

Default Tires

I drag my 382 from San Diego to Fla each year. I tow 80 in Texas. Trailer tires are subject to the most abusive flexing in a parking lot. The cords on the sidewalls are trying to rip apart and seperate from the belts on the tread. Its a wonder the last 5 minutes ! Let alone 5 years. Im always amazed the rim stays on the hub...I always imagined one would pop off and go through the window of the local doughnut shop. A tire on a pickup never ever sees this kind of stress. I DONT like blowouts or changing tires by the road. I think the most should be 3 years at the max. Most failures are in the last 50% of the tread life anyway.........

Just something to think about. On big airplanes each tire can have over 30k lbs. on it. If one tire has a lower pressure by a certain % the tire next to it is also changed. The tire with the correct pressure was run overloaded, it's changed. Doug
