If the ramp is not steep, is dry, no algae, etc. you will be fine. But for some reason those big trucks with DRW do NOT have good traction. Might be the stiff suspension, open diff, etc.
I personally use a 2wd Cummins Manual trans to easily pull my boat our of a steep ramp with zero problems. Not even a slight tire slip. I even have to back my trucks rear tires 1/4 of the way under water. There is no slime on the ramp though.
A F650 with or without a limited slip rear diff will benefit if you "simulate tire traction" to both wheels by lightly holding the brakes. Lots of weight over the rear axle will help with traction also, plus help it ride better. Lowering the rear tire pressure will help if you are In a bad situation, but obviously will need to be inflated to tow the boat home.
I watched a newer lifted F650 struggle to pull a 43 Sunsation out of a half cement half gravel ramp. The gravel road to the ramp left some gravel on top of the cement incline and the 2wd F650 threw rocks all over the beautiful boat. Plus the ramp is so short the trailers tires fell off the end of the ramp and the frame was dragging a little. He made it out after a few not so fun to watch attempts.

I have had a couple sportchassis and now have a2wd 650 and have had zero problems, the truck is heavy 12,000 , if you let the air out of the air ride it puts a lot of weight on the rear end.I pull a café racer package about 13,000,14,000 no comparison to ride or stopping.

My 650 has pulled my 42' Fountain and the MTI with no problem on any ramp any where. If you have trouble you can let the air out of the back bags and mine has a diff lock button on the dash but I have never had to use it... Now if you can't drive and punch it you will spin but just get it rolling and you shouldn't have any problems.
