Default Am I doing it right?

I got this picture in a text message from a friend yesterday afternoon. I guess his neighbors were packing up for a nice weekend getaway!

I saw that at the Gadsden, Alabama boat show... it's Celebrity's new cabin cruiser model.

I guess they will put the 4 wheeler in the bow to add some tongue weight?

Forgetting for a minute the stupid nature of what they are doing, I've got the hand it to them: They are doing a good job of it. The ramps the nicely reinforced and appear secure, the pop ups' wheels are strapped to the cleats on the swim deck, probably used the ski arch as an anchor point for the winch that pulled it up to the swim platform, and the platform is pretty strong at the sides where the wheels are sitting. Pop ups like that are pretty light, and may not disrupt the tongue weight much. Just saying....

I see no beer involved, so I vote "no"; not doing it right.

If it were me, I'd have removed the axle from the camper, and just ratchet strapped it to the top of the van for the entire weekend. It would then be a mo-bile 2 story condo; the Black Thunder of conversion vans even.
