I was at one of the local chevys dealers last weekend(looking for a new truck) and asked him about them, he said they have 14 paid for in full and waiting on their arrival... Cant get them fast enough!

Got to drive an auto Z51 about a month or so ago (yes before they were for sale, GM employee ). It is way better than the C6, and I loved my C6. More responsive chassis and engine, very solid feel. Drive one, and you'll be buying one haha.

I'm holding out till I can get a lightly used white Z51 w/ black wheels!

Yes you do and I'm one of them! We are just a small dealer in Kansas though. We just took on the corvette line and have 3 sold so far (my new one included). They are hot items for sure. You will love it when you get one! Hopefully we will start seeing some soon.

Seen one in traffic on the way home today. Had to give it a triple take. Yep, side window and all. 1st one for me. Texted all my gear head friends. Also texted some how it does not look like a Corvette. Maybe because it was silver and like many others, not a fan of the tail lights. Oh, happy b-day. I say buy one and drive it like you stole it. That is till 35500 miles then get the new zo6 when they make it.

----Sy,,,I dont know you but I figure you can stomp on the loud pedal just as well as a 20 year old, maybe better. This comes from a youngster (66).
----Im from the Detroit area and have seen a number of C7s since the Detroit show, and a lot more lately. I seriously love them but the style is right on the edge. My opinion (only but because of the styling) is that I think they present better in a solid color. I was dreaming yesterday, while on the road home, about how I would order one and it would be white with the dark saddle gut, but thats me. Remember,,,they call red "arrest-me-red" for a reason!!!......Bill S
