Default What's a Road runner trailer worth??

I have a 2004 steel road runner trailer that I am trying to decide if its worth selling or if I should just scrap it. It is a channel trailer and has been in saltwater. I feel it could clean up with a sand blast, paint, and new bunks. It has a 29 outlaw on it now, it has new 3500 lb trip axels, tires are a year old, 5 new spring packs. It is rusting in spots and it has been in salt since last April so it's not to far gone. Thoughts on if I should sell or just scrap it. If I sell what kind of price should I ask?

No one is going to travel for that.

If it were me, I'd go weigh it for scrap value, and put it on Craigslist for $500 bucks more than current scrap value. You may find a buyer that just wants a trailer for off-season storage; or to pull a boat temporarily for repairs/bottom cleaning.

If it's not sold by late spring; scrap it and put the cash in the tank and the cooler.

T-Rav, Just had a aluminum trailer built for my 36. The weather should nice this weekend to put my boat on the new trailer. Just going scrape the old one for what I can get.
