Not a dully but 2002 2500 HD Duramax, 265 tires, Edge with Attitude, 3.73. At the time was getting 18-19 highway @ 75ish.
Towed an Outerlimits 37 Stilleto from Lake Cumberland Kentucky to Dana Point Ca. running 75 (+ at times) and averaged around 10 if memory serves me right.

Is that 18-19 hand calculated or looking at the onboard computer?

I had the same truck in 2003, crew cab 2WD and the best that truck ever got was on the trip home from the dealer the day I bought it new at 17ish (truck was empty, drove it 500 miles before I got back home). Towing it was 9-10 as long as you didn't bury the pedal every time you got a chance to pass/pick up speed......cruise control helped this a lot.

I see people claiming those #'s quite often on forums, I'd have be in it & doing the math to really believe it. I have been proven wrong many times tho.

Done by hand. There was one tank at some point years ago that it got a bit over 20. It has an injecter issue now (again) so it is not getting that good anymore.

08 F450
6.4 totally stock
13-14 average
15 highway
8-12 towing, depending on what I'm towing. Use it for my marine business so I'm always towing different size boats.
On my 35' roller trailer with around 10,000 lbs on the trailer I get around 9
Everything is hand calculated because the lie o meter is full of ****. Always reads high.

By hand. Full fill(or very close) every time. Had the cetane additive along though. Damn NE Arkansas and SE Missouri roads blow. Rough ride empty, except for 13 suitcases my GF packed.

04 (or 05?) 3500, DRW, 5.9L, 4x4, 6in lift, 35's, std trans, 4.11 gears. Hand calculated hwy mileage sucks, 11mpg at 70 mpg. I haven't checked it towing the 46 cig on the hwy, but I would guess its around 6 mpg.

By contrast my old 97 SRW 2500 with 5.9L (12v), auto, 4x4, with 3.73's would constantly run 23+ mpg on the hwy at 75 mph, averaged 16 mpg over 750+ miles pulling a 37 OL. I miss the mileage of that truck...
