Default Towing and weights

So I had to have some work done on my boat outside the marina so I rented a trailer to do it. I took the opportunity to go by the weigh station and see what everything really weighs.

Total weight 18,800
Truck and trailer 8000

Which means
Boat 10,800 (80 gallons diesel, 20 gallons water, 2009 37 Spectre sport fish)
Trailer 2400 (triple axle aluminum, 16800lbs capacity)
Truck 5600 (2005 Nissan Armada LE 4x4)

Before everybody gets their panties in a bunch, I realize that is to much weight for my little Armada, I stayed on side roads and never had to go over 30 mph, and also where I had to go for the repairs and the weight were not very far from the marina. The truck did ok considering it was pulling 4100lbs more than it is rated for but I would never want to do this on a regular basis or on the highway.

What did you estimate the boat to weigh before verifying?
What did the manufacturer estimate?

I figured around 10,000 lbs, I think the official number dry from Spectre is 9400. So not to far off actually.

Air shocks and an anti sway kit, and you'll be all set for a trip to Desert Storm with that biotch.

Maybe I am being too cautious?, I am all ready to get a second 3/4 ton truck because I'm probably at 9K with a Yukon rated at 8400 lbs. Boat is listed as 6K with a triple trailer 1800 lbs? with light fuel and gear I figure 9K.

I only tow it short distances 5-10 miles, side roads under 45-50 mph and a couple times a year, I am worried that it will damage the truck?

I cant believe that Armada can pull your boat.
