myco verses Nextrail
I am trying to decide if I should go with the Myco over the nextrail. I trailer maybe 4-5 times a year and once a year down south. There is a pretty sizable price difference between the two (5-6k). Does it pay off from a resale standpoint? If I trailered every weekend I would not ask, but I do not tow that often..

I have owned two Myco's, and never heard of Nextrail.
There is not a better trailer than Myco period.
I know you don't plan to trailer much but...
The one under my 36 Outlaw is a 2002 model and it has 26,000 miles on it, been in seven states and even the tires look brand new.
They are not only built right, but probably overbuilt.
Your boat is an expensive purchase, the highways are rough and getting rougher. It is a must to have a good trailer in my opinion.
The Myco supports your hull perfectly and makes loading a breeze, especially in strong winds or strong currents, or both!
Well worth the money in my opinion.

Not that a Nextrail wouldn't work (I use a Fastload Aluminum trailer) but comparing Myco to Nextrail is like a thread comparing Cigarette's to Bayliners. If it's for the 37 AT I'd go with Myco if you can swing it. If your launching in salt water with any regularity I'd buy the aluminum.

the difference in price alum to alum will be more like 6k++ for that boat.
if it's worth that kind of coin to sit around in the weeds, (you say you only may trailer 1/2 dozen times a year),
and you think you'll get that + difference back in resale on your package when the time comes...
go for it.
If you've got the money to burn for a Myco then there's no reason not to, and you wouldn't have asked this question.

I am leaning towards the Nextrail as I really do not tow that much. I am going to talk to the transporter who has hauled my old 37 on a Nextrail and Jassman's 37 on a Myco to see if there was really a big difference. What about resale, does it make that big of a difference...I do not plan on selling this one for a while, but you never know...
