So the boat in question had to come out later in the year. Pepper Ernest had a 41 built but I can't remember if it was that year. He then worked a deal with Steve to trade it in for a 39 around '99 the time of this rebuild so this could be his boat. If it is Pepper's boat it has NO hours on it up to at least until 99. Maybe a race or 2 but otherwise not much. If it is the boat the X on it is perfect.
