Steve is right some where close to 7 is good make sure the floats are set right. the key is that you have that pressure at speed not just at idle

Mike i had ping right when i started to make boost. Not sure if the timing was dead on just because of the light i was using so i retared it a bit. But my main thing is that it blew back threw the carb 3 times. Once when i was around 3k pulling into bristol harbor, After that when i was getting on plane and once just after planing out any ideas????

Rob is right check your fuel psi. also recheck that timing i would start around 30 degrees total if the motor did fine on the dyno with that tune if anything it should be a little rich. also if it backfires it may get a powervalve in the carbs but that will make it rich also

Fuel pressure was perfect im thinking the timing was just advanced to much. it does run rich i can tell you that off the bat. just the whole popping think i just dont understand valve to tight? but it happend 3 times out of 1 1/2 once getting on plane once just hitting plane and once cruisin around 3k. it pinged on boost so i etatred the timing.
