Default Arneson rocker plates

Heard of any or any of you guy's ever used or seen rocker plates on a Velocity. Just wondering how she would react.

Those are generally used on boats that have a heavy bow.

Not exactly. They were used more for the rough water than they were for the bow lift. And for boats with a porpoise problem.

Far less drag than a K-Plane.

Rik I've never run a boat with them. I can only guess from the boats I have seen them on. Don't they lift the bow in addition to lifting the stern in rough water. Will a boat that carries the bow light still benefit from them.

A close friend of mine put them on a 41 Velocity, didn't work out so well, he took them back off and put the big K tabs back on. The theory is to create a hook or rocker at the tail of the boat, sometimes theory and practical application don't mix well.
