Velocity Fest

Just curious if the Velocity fest in Maryland was going to happen this year. My boat sank last year so I missed it and would love to attend if it's scheduled.

No formal Velocity Fest in MD this year. Unofrtunately, the liability is just too much to shoulder these day even with insurance (provided you can get it first and then afford it).

On the more positive note, I suspect that there will be some casual get togethers posted here during the summer by local MD Velocity owners.

There is a poker run 6/21 to 6/22 for Liekemia . Sponsored by CBPBA.com late sign ups welcome . Starts at Thursdays on the west river . Overnight at Vera's White Sands on the patuxent , near Solomans . Grand finale at Gates marine in Deale .Should be great if interested look up it and others on the site . Hope to see you there .
