I was down in your neck of the woods for a few days. Sorry I did not get a call back to you! Lake Lanier looks pretty bad. I was told you can get in alot of trouble right now if you don't know the lake!!

That boat is about 45 minutes away from me. I spoke to the guy and he told my that it will run low 70's. Didn't ask if that was speedo or GPS! It is for sale locally for 12,500.00 I believe!

Someone asked him how fast it was on Ebay, and he replied he didn't know, but never gets beat by any boat around...
WTF kind of boater wouldn't know how fast his stuff is????
Yea, the lake is pretty scarry right now, and it's been droping like a stone the past few weeks. It will be worse this winter than ever before. I laugh at all of the people who worry about how Dangerous it is to boat on. I'm like guys it's a lake, it really doesn't move, there are no tides or anything. So once you learn where the bottom is, that's it... Now with it dropping you have to be careful cutting some of the coves short and what not. Best bet is to take a slow ride or two with a buddy in a bigger boat with a good depth finder, find the channel, and then let her eat...
