There is too much cheep land on the water now. Im trying to buy the lot next to me on the water. Then do a 390 side buy side sit down with 525s and nxts.

Don't waite on me. I'm going to take may time, not exactly sure what I want, got all winter! a 39 with 500's is a posibility.
