Based on the MC number and the pic, I'm going to guess Lake Michigan

A couple shots from yesterday.
Not many boating days left for 2009.

I plan to winterize her after the CT River Run this coming weekend.
If anyone is interested in a test ride, now is the time.

I've had a few e-mails/PMs asking how fast the boat goes.

So I broke out the GPS the other night and made 1 speed run dodging the crap floating in the river from the last rain storm.

She ran 67.4mph with 3 guys and full fuel on dead calm water.
I'm told that a 280 will run over 70 with a 502mag but I've not ever run her real light.
Also, the prop is a box stock 26p B1 and the engines tops out right at 4600rpm.
I have no doupts that if the prop was labbed and the boat run light, 70+ would be had.

Pat you really have a good looking boat, I'm sure so lucky buyer is going to snatch it up. If you're only turning 4600 rpm maybe you're over propped, while if I were you I wouldn't stick any more money into a boat that you're selling, maybe I would suggest that whoever buys the boat has the current prop labbed and thinned you should run over 70.
