I just moved to central Florida and I needed some work done on my boat, which is a Fountain, so I called the folks over at Velocity because I figured that could probably at least point me in the right direction. I spoke with Kenny and we told me they not only work on velocity's but other boats as well. After bring in my boat he gave me a tour of the factory and introduced me to the staff. I have to say that so far I'm very impressed with their facility and how friendly everyone is. I made my appointment about a month in advance but I actually showed up a couple of days early expecting to have to leave it and come back but the minute I got there they took the boat out on the water, diagnosed the problem, and they started working on it right away! I have A LOT of stuff that needed to be done from a new dash, cabin work, and some mechanical work, so I was planning on them wanting my boat for at least a month or so but to my surprise there planning on only needing it for a week or 2! By the way... VERY REASONABLE on the price for service!!!

Velocity folks are great and they answer phones and return calls.
