I tried to trace out where the output wire went and could not locate it without totally pulling the switch panel completely out (that ain't gonna happen). I opt'd to run a new out put wire instead, now the cabin lights can only be turned on when the helm switch is on, this keeps you from accidentally leaving any lights on by simply viewing the helm switch. The old blue wire was unplugged from the switch and the female spade terminal was shrink tubed and ty-rap'd securely out of harms way. It may not be or function the way it was designed originally but that's the way I did it and I'm good with it as is. Thanks for the info.
