Will a 290sc, with the tall framed windshield, fit in an 8' tall garage door ?

I just measured mine... 7' 7" to top of windshield.

Now I just may have to move the winch stand a bit further forward..
Looks like the boat on the trailer is going to be 8" longer than my garage..

It all depends on the trailer.
Aluminum bunk trailers sit higher than steel & aluminum cradle trailers.
Trailer suspension type makes a difference.
Wheel and tire size makes a difference.
Hitch height makes a difference.

Certainly, that all would make a difference..

But I've noticed ALL of the 290sc's listed for sale are on nearly identical Ameratrail trailers so figured it was safe to assume the majority would be the same height

I'm on that same trailer (aluminum bunk and make) and just had the outer bunks moved in due to loading issues. It brought the boat up almost 2". I was 1/4" on the fenders prior like in the pic above. My assessment is that I am sitting higher than in the pic above.

It CERTAINLY did !

Happens to be a dip in the driveway in just the perfect spot for the back tires of my truck.. Fits under my 8' door NO problem......
