Man that's terrible news! I was looking forward to some good news and big numbers as well... sorry man! Try to enjoy the rest of summer with the 496... you'll be back soon with the huffer connected!

More or less....
Engine hydrolocked from an injector sticking open..
Injectors were too small so I had raised the fuel pressure.. They didn't like that.. lol
Much of what I thought was metal in the oil, turned out to be silver paint.. Found I had gotten over-spray on the valve springs when I painted the heads..
I replaced all the bearings again as they were showing some wear...
The distributor hold down boss in the intake manifold had broken allowing the distributor to pop up out of the oil pump, so it ran without oil pressure for a couple minutes before I noticed it...
Other than that.. everything looked good...
